Despite all the market volatility and weakness over the past year, CHTR has held steady in its uptrend and has been consolidating throughout. It was awaiting a heavy volume breakout, but it’s waiting no more. More than 15 million shares changed hands last week as CHTR closed above 200 for the first time ever. Price labels are included on the chart below to highlight the major highs in 2015.
