There doesn’t appear to be any news published about CGUD that would explain a sudden share price increase of 225%. We included links below for the information that is available. You will find the company Quarterly report with financial statements for the first quarter ended September 30, 2015 and the Annual report for the company’s operations for fiscal year ended June 30, 2015. Our View: Information on CGUD is very thin. The company is current with its OTC reporting, but shows no SEC filings since 2009. We know that this is an operating company as its financial statements show revenue.
The company has 1 billion common shares authorized and 462 million shares outstanding as of September 30, 2015. The last information on the public float was from 2013 and it was 170 million shares. A review of the company financial statements shows a consistent pattern over the past four years as revenue, costs and net loss have been steady. The only item that stands out is the $25,000 in revenue for the first quarter; that equals almost half of a typical year’s revenue.
As always, investors may want to wait for some current information before jumping in.
