The Company actively pursues licensing revenues by providing a license to its intellectual property to those entities that wish to acquire a right to use the technology. The intellectual properties were acquired from a third parties and include U.S. issued patents and applications.
On May 6, 2013, the Company formed a wholly-owned subsidiary, Endeavor MeshTech, Inc. The Company owns the two patents and one patent application acquired in connection with the business acquisition of Mesh Comm, LLC. On July 8, 2013, the Company formed a wholly-owned subsidiary, Endeavor Energy, Inc. The Company owns the patents acquired from Solid Solar Energy, Inc.
The elimination of $1.9 million in debt is a huge bonus for ENIP as it represents 55% of the company’s liabilities. This event certainly affected the company’s stock price yesterday. The impact of the court decision on the company’s balance sheet could cause these shares to go higher.
