The form 10-Q summary gives the company financial results for the period ending August 31, 2015 as well as guidance toward future operations.
Our View: The acquisitions of Canalytix and Plaid Canary have given the PVSP financial picture more substance. Not only have revenues increased but the company was able to control and reduce costs at the same time. The influx of cash into Grow Big yielded immediate results and the increased revenues should continue although maybe not at the fast pace established immediately after the cash infusion.
We believe that the current share price may indicate PVSP may be oversold. The company is engaged in a growth strategy that is coming to fruition and is involved in a high growth market space. The market capitalization of under $900,000 leaves a lot of room for share price appreciation.
