Our View: The calculator app on my iPhone only calculates up 1 billion. I had to use on online calculator to do this due diligence. Safer Shot has a remarkable 1.6 TRILLION shares outstanding. They have had TWO reverse stock splits this year, each one being a 1,000 for 1 split. That means every share held in 2014 is now 1 million shares. According to the Quarterly report linked above the company’s sole officer, Michael Black, owns 91% of the outstanding shares.
SASFD has $443 in cash and total assets of $110,216 and half of that is “intangible assets” related to patent rights. The company doesn’t transact any sales of its proprietary non-lethal guns, but remarkably SAFSD has a market cap of $116 million.
There were 632 trades in these shares yesterday with a dollar volume of $417,628. We don’t think this company has a lot of merit based on operations or finances, but maybe a trading play?
