Our View: WNDW is a development company that has not generated any revenue yet. They have accumulated a $29 million deficit thus far. That is the bad news. The good news is that this company has a patent pending technology that is quite remarkable. An organically based window coating that can generate electricity. The potential market for this product would almost seem incalculable when you consider how many windows there are in the word.

There is still a long way for WNDW to go. Their technology needs the input of developers and engineers and marketers to make the transition from invention to marketable product. There is also the prospect for an exit to or merger with, a company that can already bring the needed expertise to this technology.

The current share price may seem high for a company still far away from marketing their technology. There are many remarkable technologies for investors to consider in today’s world. Everything we read about WNDW in this due diligence indicates this technology is real and it works.
